AIGO has recently concluded a fam trip in Oman dedicated to MICE, organized with the invaluable support of Oman Convention Bureau, in collaboration with Zahara Tours and Oman Air. The trip saw the participation of some of the most important Italian incentive houses: BBG Gastaldi, Gattinoni Incentive, Mare 20, and Orione Eventi, along with the specialized journalism publication Meeting & Congressi.
Oman is experiencing strong growth in the MICE sector: easily accessible with direct flights from Italy, the Sultanate offers extraordinary diversity of landscapes ranging from sea to mountains, from desert to picturesque wadis. In addition to this, a high-level gastronomic scene that blends Asian and African flavors, adrenaline-fueled sports activities, and luxury hospitality. All accompanied by national and international events and congresses, many of which are hosted in the vast Oman Convention Exhibition Center in Muscat, which with its 22,000 square meters of exhibition space and two auditoriums is capable of hosting large-scale exhibitions, events, and medium-sized business meetings.
