Together with JNTO, Japan National Tourism Organisation, AIGO created a culinary event at the prestigious AALTO Restaurant in Milan, that saw the participation of 15 lifestyle and food journalists.
The media event featured an engaging Katsu Sando workshop, followed by a delightful traditional Japanese lunch designed and presented by the Michelin star Chef Takeshi Iwai, which added depth to our culinary journey into the heart of Japanese traditions.
